# For the base:
10 tbsp sugar
10 tbsp flour
10 eggs
# For the cream:
500 ml milk
4 tbsp flour
250 g butter
200 g of powdered sugar
1 cup ground walnut kernels
# For shauma:
pinch citric acid
7 egg whites
350 g of sugar

Five egg white is broken down by 5 tbsp sugar are then added one at a 5 yolks and 5 tbsp flour, stirring gently.
