Ingredients
1 kg of flour
30 g salt
200 g butter
100 ml sunflower oil
300 g feta cheese
1 egg

Method
Of flour, salt and 500-600 ml lukewarm water knead the dough. Smeared with sunflower oil and allowed to relax for 10 minutes. Reference is an even number of balls.
