Ingredients
300 g of cooked rice
2 bunches green onions
250 g peas
3 tbspsmes of chopped herbs - parsley, dill, basil
# For the marinade:
50 ml olive oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
# To decorate:
lettuce 2
3 radishes
Method
Rice put in a deep bowl and mix with 1/2 of the marinade. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Then add chopped onions, boiled peas, spices and remaining marinade. Allow to stand for 30 minutes. Serve over sliced ​​and tossed green salad, decorate with pieces of radish.
