Pudding of cottage cheese

Ingredients
250 g cottage cheese
3 yolks
1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
60 g almonds
30 g orange peel
50 g raisins
pinch of lemon peel
powdered sugar for sprinkling
butter
breadcrumbs
Method
Is broken yolks with sugar until foaming, add the cottage cheese , peeled and grated almonds, chopped caramelized orange peel, raisins, lemon rind and place the mixture in a greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form cake (diameter 18 cm) and bake in a moderate oven (about 30 minutes), while pudding sets. Pudding to cool in the form, remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
