Aromatic lamb with mushrooms

Ingredients
1.5 kg lamb
4 field mushrooms
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
10-15 peppercorns
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp turmeric
1 pinch of thyme and marjoram
1 tsp garlic powder
1 sprig lovage, chopped
leaves 1 sprig of mint, chopped

Method
The meat is cut into portions, which are rolled in a mixture of water with fuzzy flour and spices. It ranks in the pan, sprinkle with the oil and make up about 1 and 1/2 cup water. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 180 C. After 1 hour and 40 minutes put the chopped mushrooms and bake for about 30 minutes. Then fthe oil is removed and the meat is dozapicha for 10 minutes until browned. Serve with potatoes, rice or another side dish of your choice.

tasty dish is great. I generally do so lamb. But in the mixture for rolling and put a little red pepper, color and taste. In itself putting up put mushrooms and green onions. Bravo Maggie again offer delicious ...

Desi and I always put red pepper. I decided a little to diversify with other spices, and I'm not sure will clash with turmeric paprika.

Maggie may not suit, I have not tried that. You're right, a little variety is not bad ...
