Ingredients
          1 cock
          2 cup red wine
          100 g carrots
          100 g mushrooms
          70 g fat
          2-3 cloves garlic
          2 tomatoes
          1 onion
          parsley
          100 ml water
          2 tbsp flour
          salt and pepper
              Method
              Cock is cut into portions and stew in fat. Remove and in the same oil sauté the chopped carrots, onions and garlic, add the flour and gently blurred with water. Meat back in the pan and pour the wine. Pour a lot of spices and slow fire boil 1 hour and a half. 20 minutes before removing from the fire, add the mushrooms.
