Ingredients
500 g ripe tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove garlic
piece of celery
1 carrot
3-4 basil leaves
3-4 sprigs of parsley
1 tsp (5 g ) flour
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (200 ml) broth
salt
paprika

Method
Coarsely chopped vegetables and spices stew little in vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour, add chopped tomatoes and cook a cup of soup over low heat until tender. Strain and season with salt and pepper.
