Belgian mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 egg yolk
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
250 ml sunflower oil
pepper, salt

Method
All products must be at room temperature. Mix the egg yolk, mustard and lemon juice and broken well. Stirring constantly add the oil drop by drop. The sauce begins to thicken slowly. Continue in the same way until the sauce reaches desired consistency. Finally, add salt and pepper. Mayonnaise goes to compulsory Belgian fries.
