Method
Of the products is kneaded hard dough. Fireproof bowl with a diameter of 18-20 cm is smeared with sunflower oil, cover with paper, which is also smeared with sunflower oil. The dough tear small balls, which are made of wicks length, the length of the bowl and 1 cm thick. Spread with sunflower oil. They are wicker baskets on the bowl. A small ball is rolled thin sheet which is cut into sheets by means of a template. With a knife cut the leaves removed, and when baked to dissolve. With these pieces of decorated basket below the base of the bowl. Two fitilcheta make rope, twisted around each other. String put an end to the basket. Spread thoroughly with beaten egg. Bake 30-35 minutes at 180 C. Warm basket smeared with diluted honey glaze. As cool carefully removed from the bowl. Used as a container for Easter eggs or other small pasta.
