Pork with bamboo

Ingredients
150 g bamboo (frozen)
300 g pork
fresh ginger
50 ml wine suitable for cooking
soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sesame sunflower oil
salt

Method
Bamboo wash after thaw. Drained of water. Pork cut into pieces. Heat sesame sunflower oil, add pork and bamboo. Add ginger, soy sauce, sugar and wine. Once the meat choke dish is ready for consumption. If necessary add salt.

I, too, so I got this recipe. Something easy and different :)

Picture no more, but do it will get :)

I put the photos, but since I could not find bamboo just as it was done, I took a mix of Chinese black mushrooms, bamboo, peppers, carrots, rice and others did it the same way and get very tasty :) I put a sweet soy sauce and Mau tsau mix of Chinese herbs .. something amazing happened.

Very tasty! Add some cashews (roasted, lightly salted) - goes in this dish.

Cashew-loving super .. I had not thought to put, but will try it ..
