German sponge cake with almonds

Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup sugar
200 g yogurt
1 cup chopped almonds
200 ml olive oil or sunflower oil
300 g wholemeal flour
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
3 tbsp cocoa
pinch ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon

Method
Egg stir the sugar until white. Add the yogurt, the oil, almonds, cinnamon, cocoa, baking soda and flour. Mix very well. Pour into greased and floured cake form and bake in preheated oven strongly.

Very tasty and very healthy, because it is whole wheat flour and olive oil, and I use and brown sugar. Willingly he poured a molten dark chocolate.
