Ingredients
180 g butter
100 g sugar
240 g flour
pinch of salt
60 g coconut
125 ml coconut milk
1 egg yolk

Method
The butter and sugar mix and beat with mixer. Add the flour, coconut and salt. Stir to afford a crumbly mixture. Add coconut milk and stir until a dough ball. The dough was covered and left in the refrigerator for one hour. Roll out on a floured worktop. Cookies are cut using shapes. Arrange on platter (for baking), covered with baking paper and top are coated with a broken yolk. Bake in the middle of a preheated 180 C oven until turned golden.
