Cream with yoghurt and fruit

Ingredients
1.2 kg drained yogurt
125 g butter
2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
3 eggs
vanilla 1
fruit (strawberry, cherry, peach, apricot)
crushed walnuts
Method
Softened butter mix with sugar. Add egg yolks, yogurt and vanilla. Stir well to melt the sugar. Divide it into two parts, one remains white and the other is added to cocoa. The bottom of the cup (better glass) put fruit on it put the white cream and top this with cocoa. Top put egg whites broken down with sugar snow. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.

raw yolks so you remain, ie after their addition will taplinna treatment?

recipe is uncooked. If you are concerned that the eggs may not be fresh and can no yolks.
