Summer salad with couscous

Ingredients
1 curly salad
2 carrots
2 eggs
3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 red onion
100-150 g corn
1 bunch parsley
1/2 green pepper
100 g couscous
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon
salt

Method
Kus-Kusa fry in 3 tablespoons of olive oil until golden, make up water until it is cooked (I brew him and carrots, of course peeled and washed ). Already cooked, strain and rinse with cold water in a colander (so does not stick) and boiled carrots and eggs. Vegetables (lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, pepper and parsley) are cut into cubes, add corn and eggs. The salad is seasoned with salt, olive oil and lemon.
