3 cups cornmeal
10 g baking powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sunflower oil
200 g sour cream
500 g cottage cheese
4 eggs
3 tsp salt

Method
All products are mixed and stirred well. The prepared mixture was poured into a pre-greased with sunflower oil pan and bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven. * Proya can be served as a snack, and as an additive to meat salad or appetizer.
