Veiled potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg of potatoes (4)
4 eggs
150 g smoked meat (of your choice)
50 g butter
150 g cheese
salt
Method
Boil the potatoes whole in salted water, being careful not are dissolved. Cool them and peel them. Cut off one corner slightly so that by placing the potatoes to keep straight. Trim flaps and carefully carve potatoes. Salt slightly. In each potato put a spoonful of butter, a piece of meat and break an egg. Bake in the oven at 200 C, while the egg is ready, sprinkle with grated cheese and finish cooking another minute or two.

Hello, girls. To potatoes are so large that it can fit products, especially one egg, but can with small potatoes, but then the eggs are broken and pour the required amount to fill the potatoes.
