Semolina halva - I type

Ingredients
200 g butter
2 cup (400 g) semolina
3 cups (600 g) sugar
900 ml water
cinnamon
walnuts
Method
The butter melts and in it fry until golden meal. The sugar and water syrup is made - mix and cook until boil. The hot syrup is poured into fried semolina, stir with a spoon and add the walnuts and cinnamon. Pulls from heat and Cover to choke and semolina to take syrup.

3 cups sugar is an real lot, and the water is a little much. Semolina could not take it. Otherwise nice recipe.

ratio of ingredients is 1-2-3-4. 1 part oil, 2 parts semolina, 3 parts sugar, 4 parts water. Cinnamon sprinkles on top only, immediately before presentation, or tanning. And stir vigorously with topping syrup. I'm not strangle her and never takes everything. While hot pour into a shallow baking dish and top leveled with a wet hand.

I did half the dose / right recipe / and proved very successful recipe / me water I am not very /. These days I'll make it, but with full dose.
