Rolls with minced meat and eggs

Ingredients
800 g minced meat
2 slices of dry white bread
1 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1 bunch green onions
1 tbsp mixed spices minced meat
1 egg
salt and pepper
150 g smoked breast (bacon)
5 eggs
Method
Soaking the bread in cold water, squeeze it and crushed. Two types of onion and garlic finely chopped. Knead the minced meat with onion and garlic, bread, spices and eggs. Spread 2/3 of it in narrow rectangular baking dish and arrange on top along hard-boiled eggs. Cover with the remaining mince. Cover top with very thinly sliced ​​smoked breast and bake about 1 hour in the preheated oven. Serve sliced ​​roll with a side of steamed vegetables or fresh salad.
