Peppers with yogurt

Ingredients
10 peppers
3 tbsp flour
400 g yogurt
3 eggs
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
parsley

Method
The peppers are baked and Peel (may be used prepared canned or frozen roasted and peeled peppers). Cut into pieces and fry in very hot sunflower oil. Add the flour to the peppers and lightly fry, stirring constantly. Previously beaten eggs with yogurt is added to the pod to a trickle, stirring continuously. Boil until the desired consistency. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and crumbled feta cheese.

Thank Elti! We have already completed them. Can be done with fresh milk in the same way. Matter of taste, but in both variants is very tasty and light!
