Ingredients
600 g pork
2-3 bunches of spring onions
1 cup canned tomatoes
1/3 cup sunflower oil
paprika
savory
allspice
salt
mint
Method
Cut the meat into pieces and mix with the chopped onion and spices. Pour into glass tenzhera and pour 1 cup water. Bake at high heat until boiling, then reduced to about 150 C and bake until ready.
