Method
Chicken breasts cut into julienne (strips) and seasoned with salt and pepper. In a pan sauté with the oil and 100 ml water for about 15 minutes until ready. In bowl pour about 50 ml water to boil and put the blue cheese, stir until melted. Add the cream and after 5 minutes the sauce is ready. It added chicken. In a pan melt 2 tbsp butter with 100 ml water and sauté vegetables of your choice (carrots, peas, potatoes, broccoli). Flavored with dill and salt. Chicken with the sauce poured on a large plate, but the end is arranged steamed vegetables.
