Brazilian breads

Ingredients
500 g flour
250 g yogurt
400 g cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp dry yeast
Method
Salt flour, yogurt, eggs, yeast and salt are mixed and stirred. Add grated cheese and dough is kneaded 10-15 minutes. Allow to stand for 45 minutes - 1 hour to rise. After initial rising, the dough is cut into small pieces, which form thin, elongated rolls having a thickness of 2-3 cm. Leave to stand in the baking 15-30 minutes of hot down, and then baked to give a golden brown - about 35-40 minutes.
