Ingredients
2 beef steaks
1 onion
1 clove garlic
4 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
500 ml beef bouillon
6 tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream
2 cup mushrooms
Method
Steaks are cut into thin strips. Chop finely. Grind your garlic or pressed. Add some meat in flour and salt to taste. Fry briefly in 4 tbsp butter. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Stew for 3-4 minutes until the onion softens. Remove the meat and vegetables in the same oil add 2 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp flour, with stirring. Add the tomato paste. Pour broth. Reduce the heat and leave to simmer. They return the mushrooms and meat. Add and cream. Stir constantly. The dish must not boil. Serve hot over cooked macaroni, spaghetti, etc., and perhaps only on a bed of mashed potatoes.
