Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients
150 g canned shrimp
lettuce
paprika
100 g cream
1 tsp (5 g) of powdered sugar
3/4 cup (150 ml) tomato juice
Tabasco sauce or Worcester sauce

Method
The cream was stirred, was added portionwise tomato juice, then sugar and the sauce. The mixture is cooled before skidding add shrimp. Cocktails are arranged in 4 tall glasses on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with paprika.
