Ingredients
          500 g strawberries
          1 1/2 cups coconut milk
          1/4 cup or honey to taste
          vanilla 1
          3/4 tsp finely grated rind of lemon or lime
          1/2 cup (60 g) whose seed

          Method
              Place strawberries (cleaned), coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and the sheet of lime or lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Try and add more honey if desired. Place seeds in whose large bowl, pour the mixture on top strawberries and mix well. Allow to stand for 10 minutes and stir again.     Cover the mixture and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours and up to 3 days. Stir the pudding before serving. The longer stands, the more dense will become pudding. If you find it too thick, add a little water and mix (or coconut milk if you have on hand).     Pour a spoon into cups or bowls and garnish.     * Honey can be replaced with other sweeteners such as maple syrup, agave nectar, date syrup and so on.. Adjust sweetness to your liking.   * Ideas for garnish: strawberry, coconut, lime slice, nuts, cocoa nibs, fresh mint.   * The amount is about 4 cups.
