Ingredients
olive oil or sunflower oil
1 banana
1 tbsp honey
cinnamon
toasted walnuts (optional)

Method
Banana cut into thick slices (about 0.5 cm). Non-stick pan on medium heat stove with a little olive oil or sunflower oil. Pour a banana slices and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side. During this time, the honey is mixed with 1 tbsp water. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the banana with honey liquid. Allow to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon. Can be served with chunks of roasted walnuts.
