Method
The Melt the butter and add it to the onions, sliced thinly and head fennel, cut into thin slices lengthwise. Boil until tender and add salt and pepper. The mussels were delicious, but the products did not mention oil, and it starts with the recipe. I do not put oil, but instead choked onions in cream.
