Soup with rice balls

Ingredients
400 g minced meat
2 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
40 g butter
100 g tomatoes
50 g carrots
30 g celery
50 g rice
20 g parsley
pepper, salt
1 tbsp yogurt
1 egg
1 cube chicken broth optional

Method
Minced meat is kneaded well with the finely chopped onion, pepper, parsley and 1/3 of the rice. Since the mixture will form small pellets. In a suitable vessel pour water add salt as boil, add the broth, add the vegetable oil and put balls mince. The rest of the onion, finely chopped, grated carrot, celery and parsley finely chopped sauté in the butter and add to the pot. After 20 minutes, add the remaining rice and chopped tomatoes. The finished soup thicken with the egg and milk. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
