Chicken broth recovery

Ingredients
3 cups chicken broth
3 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lemon
inside of 1/4 lemon
piece of lemon peel
pepper

Method
Garlic cut into in small pieces, put it in the broth with pepper, and heat to boiling. Once it boils removing from heat, add lemon juice, lemon rind and inner part and cover with a lid. As cool a drink warm tea. * Usually when you cook chicken collect the bones and put them to cook on low heat with a slice of lemon, about 2 hours (lemon acid dissolves calcium from bones and broth becomes richer). As cool, clean off the bone, sipvam broth in plastic bottles and freeze them in the freezer. So I always broth when I need - cooking or when I am ill and can not eat anything else.
