Pizza Margherita - II type

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 kg of flour
500 ml water
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cube of yeast
1-2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp salt
# For the filling:
200 ml tomato sauce
100-200 g mozzarella
10 olives, chopped
3-4 tbsp olive oil
Method
Yeast dissolved in lukewarm water and mix with flour and other products. Involved soft dough and aged 2 hours at a temperature of 20-25 C, until the volume doubled. In a greased pan spread the dough thickness of 0.5 cm, dab with tomato sauce and other products. Bake in preheated oven strong until melted mozzarella.
