Ingredients
4 large red apples (peeled, cleaned and chopped)
125 g cold butter
200 g flour
125 g brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method
In a deep pan pour apples 1 / 4 of the butter, 2 tbsp of sugar and one tbsp water. Dot nice pot and cook over high heat for 10 minutes. During this time a large bowl, combine the butter, flour, cinnamon and sugar. You should receive cookies crumbs. Once the apples boil, pour them with spaces of them in syrup glass pot and pour the crumbs on top by squeezing them, but not very hard to apples, and form a dense base. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 35 minutes. * The name of this cake comes from the English word * crumb * - crumb.
