Ingredients
1 Arabic pita
20 g boiled shrimp or zander
blanched soy sprouts
2 lettuce cut into strips
1 stalk green onion
# For the sauce:
1 passaged tomato
2 tbsp soy sauce
pinch of ginger
pinch cayenne red-pepper
pinch of sugar
Method
The pita covered with fish (shrimp), soy sprouts and lettuce. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and pour the sauce prepared from the products.
