Baked potatoes stuffed with cheese

Ingredients
large potatoes
butter
feta cheese
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Well washed potatoes bake in low oven until soft (about an hour). Cut lengthwise into halves, part of the core carves and creases in the plate. Add the butter, pepper, salt, grated feta cheese, stir and fill the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated feta cheese and bake in a hot oven slightly. Decorate with parsley and serve.
