Bernese Sunday bread

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
42 g yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
150 g butter
600 ml milk
1 egg yolk (spreads)
3 drops of sunflower oil

Method
Yeast and sugar is dissolved in the warm milk. Add salt and soft butter. In the flour is done well in which liquid is poured. Knead dough that leaves a warm place to rise for at least 1 hour. The dough is divided into two equal parts and shape of the braid. Place in a tray and allowed to warm for at least 30 minutes. Smeared with broken yolk with sunflower oil and bake in a preheated 220 C oven 45-50 minutes. The butter should be very soft, almost liquid.
