Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
sunflower oil for frying
rice - cooked with spices optional for garnish
# For the marinade:
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 pinch ground white pepper
1 pinch sugar
# For the breading:
1 egg
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp baking powder
# For the sauce:
1 lemon
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cube chicken broth
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp sugar
1 drop electric yellow paint (I used the 1 pinch turmeric)
Method
Cut uniform pieces of chicken. Put it in a bowl and mix it with the marinade. We leave it to stand for half an hour. In another bowl mix all the ingredients for seasoning transfer marinated chicken and mix well. In a pan with preheated oil Fry the chicken pieces. Drain well the fat on kitchen paper. Prepare the sauce: dissolve the chicken broth in 200 ml water, add 1/3 lemon (cleaned of sheet and chopped in small pieces), starch, sugar and lemon juice (which are dissolved yellow paint or turmeric). Beneficiary is getting hot sauce in the pan in which we fried meat. Once you begin to thicken add the meat. Mix and Serve the dish, garnished with boiled rice.
