Breaded watermelon

Ingredients
1 watermelon
150 g flour
100 g corn starch
2 eggs
sunflower oil for frying
powdered sugar
Method
The watermelon rind is removed, the seeds are cleaned and the meat is cut into diamonds. The resulting pieces are rolled in flour. The eggs were broken and mixed with maize starch and less water to afford a thick pancake dough. Dinesh pieces dip in the dough and place in preheated in a deep pan sunflower oil. Fry on both sides to give a light brown crust of breading. Fried watermelon out on paper towels or paper towels to drain the fat and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
