Ingredients
200 g bulgur
1 bunch roots soup
1 onion
20 g of dried mushrooms
15 g butter
2-3 yolks
1/4 cup (50 g) sour cream
2 l meat stock
2 tbsp (20 ml) lemon juice
salt
Method
The bulgur is boiled in water until soft, and then water was poured. Clean, chopped root soup, sliced ​​onions and mushrooms which are cooked beforehand fry in butter and cook until soft in meat broth. Yolks are broken with sour cream and a little meat broth and poured while stirring in removing from heat soup. Add the bulgur. Heat again without boiling. Season with lemon juice and salt. Serve hot.
