Ingredients
200 g bulgur
1 bunch roots soup
1 onion
20 g of dried mushrooms
15 g butter
2-3 yolks
1/4 cup (50 g) sour cream
2 l meat stock
2 tbsp (20 ml) lemon juice
salt
Method
The bulgur is boiled in water until soft, and then water was poured. Clean, chopped root soup, sliced onions and mushrooms which are cooked beforehand fry in butter and cook until soft in meat broth. Yolks are broken with sour cream and a little meat broth and poured while stirring in removing from heat soup. Add the bulgur. Heat again without boiling. Season with lemon juice and salt. Serve hot.
