Buns with potatoes and cottage cheese

Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
700 g potatoes
1 egg
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
3 tbsp butter
Method
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water, drain and puree. The cottage cheese mix well with some water. Add the egg, half of flour, sugar and a little salt. Mix the mashed potatoes and the resulting mixture. The mixture make small buns, which are rolled in flour and fry in the butter until browned.
