Meat stew until ready with 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil and 1 cup water, then add the chopped onion and carrot. The washed rice and spices are added after tender carrots. If you must make up water (rice should remain dry). When the swell is removed from the heat and leave for a while to * die *. Then take cabbage leaves, it is put in about 2 tablespoons of stuffing and rolls of dolma. So rolled dolmas rank in deep pan, pour water enough to cover the dolmas half, sprinkle with sunflower oil and bake in a preheated moderate oven until crust caught light. Remove the tray and bowl is poured the sauce. Beat eggs with milk and thicken the sauce. Then poured into the tray, with little tapped to evenly distribute the liquid.
