Cauliflower soup - I type

Ingredients
Chapter 1 (200 g) cauliflower
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
2 slices (100 g) white bread
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
salt
Method
Cauliflower, having cleaned and washed, is broken into florets and boiled in salted water. The stem and base are separated stethe and rub through a colander. Flour Bake in a little oil and add to the potion of cauliflower with sore legs. Soup tries salt and leave to simmer for a few minutes. Added separately from stethe base wrists and roasted fat cubes of bread, then soup is ready for serving.
