Ingredients
1 chicken about 1.2-1.4 kg
50 g butter
150 ml sunflower oil
300 g rice
2-3 onions
1 kg peppers
4-5 large tomatoes
3-4 tbsp tomato paste
1 bouillon cube

Method
Cut portions of chicken stew with fat and add the chopped onion and rice. Allow to simmer until the fat remains. Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, baked and peeled peppers, make broth and spices and stew for another 20-30 minutes.
