Chicken legs Greek

chicken legs
1/2 lemon
50 ml beer
50 ml water
few olives
few mushrooms optional
# For marinating meat:
1 tbsp sauce Exotic Heinz or sweet ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
the juice of 1/2 lemon
black and red pepper (cayenne might)
garlic powder (or a few cloves)
Pikantina chicken or other spice chicken
Madras curry, oregano, salt (if needed )

In a bowl mix the products for the marinade, put spices in quantities to suit you. Position the legs in yen with a lid, brush them thoroughly from all sides with marinade. Mushroom Men cut in large pieces, arrange around the legs, put a few olives and lemon washers. Leave the meat to marinate and take flavors for at least two hours in the refrigerator. Then pour the beer and water, being careful not to wash off the marinade from the meat. Close the container and put legs to bake. First set of 200C when the sauce boil, reduce to 180C and bake for 30-40 minutes under the lid. Then remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes until golden, crispy crust. Mustard and other ingredients obtained great tasty sauce. served with basmati rice with vegetables. * Do not put any fat in the dish otherwise you risk to become greasy. The skin of the legs will release enough. * The recipe can be applied to roast a whole chicken or wings.
