Chicken with rice in style Paella

2 chicken legs
100-150 g ham (bacon or smoked meat)
1 small onion
1 red pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup rice
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 and 1/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup canned peas, drained
salt and pepper
Meat and ham cut into cubes, pepper julienne and onion finely. In a large, deep frying pan fry the chicken, ham, onion and pepper until chicken is pozachervi on all sides in olive oil 2 tbsp. Remove with a slotted spoon and leave in a warm place. In the same oil fry the rice until translucent. Add turmeric, cumin and garlic and stir. Returns meat with vegetables in a pan, add broth and gently stir. Once it boils reduce the stove, cover with a lid and boil for about 30-35 minutes until the rice is ready. Finally add peas and gently stirred.

bravo Desi this recipe and I alone makes it much but we love and why we put corn and it becomes very tasty
