Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
330 g canned pineapple (sobsven pieces in juice, drained)
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (of your choice)
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper

Method
Thread spit simultaneously on two alternating pineapple chunks, chicken, pepper, etc. Brush with some barbecue sauce, seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon juice and let stand 10 minutes away. Bake for around 10 minutes in preheated grill by turning on all sides and anoint themselves with the rest of the sauce.
