Ingredients
500 g puff (puff) pastry
2 chicken breasts
100 g bacon
300 g clean spinach
300 g mushrooms
1/3 cup grated cheese
1 onion
100 ml sour cream
2 tbsp mustard
1 yolk
50 g butter
salt

Method
Spinach and mushrooms Wash spinach and cut in large pieces and mushrooms into thin slices. Peel onions and cut into thin. In a deep skillet melt the butter and put the mushrooms, onions and spinach stew for about 15 minutes on low heat. Sectioned chicken breasts in half, so as to obtain thin slices, which previously seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry lightly on both sides. Cut bacon into small cubes and added to the vegetables, then add the cream, add salt and aligned with pepper and left to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread the dough in a large sheet, which is smeared with mustard in the middle is distributed half vegetable mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
