Ingredients
6 chicken
1 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
1 cube chicken broth
300 g mushrooms canned (the water is discarded)
Method
Fillets, sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Thus remain for 20 minutes. The oil is heated in the pan, then fillet to add some flour and fry on both sides for 2 minutes to catch red crust. Remove and ranks in glass baking dish. At the same sunflower oil fry the garlic and flour and then pour 500 ml warm water in which is dissolved bouillon. Once the boil pour the mushrooms, salt, pepper and valleys another 500 ml water. With this mixture pour fillet and bake at 200 C for 15 minutes without cover until ready.
