Ingredients
4 ppileshki breasts, boneless and skin
300 ml teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar or honey
5-6 cloves garlic
Method
Sauce, sugar and pressed garlic mix and stirred until the sugar was melted. Cut the meat into thin strips about 2 inches wide. Pour marinade and leave overnight. Strips of meat strung on skewers, zigzag, like an accordion. Bake on the grill (or very strong oven or in a pan on all sides).
