Chiflikchiyski dolmas

1 cup bulgur
250 g pork
1 and 1/2 leeks
1 tsp savory
1 tsp salt
3-4 sprigs of parsley
1/2 tsp cumin
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
120 ml red wine
3 tbsp tomato paste
10-15 leaves sauerkraut

The bulgur wash, pour 1 cup of cold water and allowed to swell. The meat is chopped very finely (like minced meat), leeks and cut it into small pieces. Placed in a suitable container with the bulgur, add spices (without paprika) and mix well. Red pepper fry for 2-3 seconds in the hot sunflower oil. Immediately add the tomato paste and diluted with half red wine. Boil 3-4 minutes, after which the meat was added and the bulgur. With the prepared stuffing rolled dolmas. Arranged in a deep clay pot, pour equal amounts of cabbage juice and water and pour the remaining wine, so that the liquid to cover them. Plate is pressed and baked in the oven 40-50 minutes at 180 C.
