Chocolate brownie

Ingredients
200 g butter
200 g chocolate
200 g sugar
4 eggs
100 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
100-200 g ground walnuts or other nuts (optional)

Method
The butter and chocolate are melted in a water bath or on very low heat. Eggs with the sugar crash. Add flour, which previously we put baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir nice mixture until flour is absorbed by the eggs and sugar. Add the melted butter with the chocolate and stir nice. Add ground nuts. Paving the parchment paper on the bottom of a baking dish and pour the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven 180C degrees 25 minutes * I used dark chocolate that I bought from the store.

I'll see how big baking pan and just write. Photo I am not, because the cake was immediately attacked even do not allow to cool completely. Next time I'll shoot mandatory.

my baking pan diameter 24 cm. The mixture is like cake batter and I think that can be baked in cake form or in mono muffins. I was watching a similar recipe. There poured the mixture into a baking formichiki. Fill the baking pan half and put a piece of chocolate then supplemented by the mixture to above. I thought it interesting and I think next time to try.

I did it and it was delicious, and I got pictures :) But I top it I poured premix of chocolate, butter, water, cocoa and sugar syrup is perfect :)
