175 g cream cheese Philadelphia with Milka chocolate
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Amaretto liqueur
100 g chocolate Toblerone - milk or dark, of your choice
50 g almonds, blended
50 g cocoa powder, sifted

Chocolate melted in a water bath and set aside. Mix with mixer on low cream the feta cheese, honey and liqueur until thoroughly blended. Add melted chocolate and ground almonds and mix. Cover with fresh foil and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours. then formed with a cocktail spoon 24 (or as much as you want) and truffles rolled in cocoa until coated evenly and tightly. Stored in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator.
